In 2009, Karen coached her two daughters to publishing success. At ages 6 and 8, they sold over 100 copies of their books and were recognized the two youngest authors catalogued by The Bahamas National library who also purchased 40 copies of their books.

In 2012, as the the Writer and Executive Producer her label, IAMNESS Records, released her Spokentry CD, IAMNESS Refined, which accompanies her upcoming book of the same name . The CD is widely distributed on amazon, itunes, sportify, and CD baby.

Born in The Bahamas, Karen works at the United Nations .
