An Editor for Businessuite Magazine-Jamaica, she holds a Ph.D. in Management and has 20 year experience coaching, inspiring, transforming individuals and organizations. She is known for providing strategic tools that foster transformation of dream seeds and business concepts into operationalized realities, thriving enterprises. A consultant with expertise in change management social entrepreneurship and business start-ups; she is President/CEO of 3E (Educate, Elevate, Equip) Global Solutions, Inc.; Editor in Chief of SaS Magazine (Strategies and Solutions For Women), a John Maxwell certified Mastermind Group Facilitator, Speaker and Trainer. In 2012, in honor of her global human development and social entrepreneurship work, Dr. DeFoe was named the first Woman Chief by the ITAM CLAN in Abwu Ibom Nigeria. She is the author of three books, A Woman’s Guide to Soulful Living: Seven Keys to Life and Work Success; Tropical Escapes, a novel; and Follow Her Lead: Leadership Lessons For Women As They Journey From the Backroom to the Boardroom, cited as a must read by 2011 Echoing Green Social Entrepreneur Finalists.
