Rita Flores Moore is a Public Access Television Producer, co-host of cable talk show “Fine Living Today”, and an Engaging, Energetic, Inspirational Speaker and Trainer. She is also a Distinguished Toastmaster and five time Toastmasters International District Speech Champion.

Rita easily expresses her passion for possibilities. She blends her background with corporate experience to convey points of leadership and goal achievement. As a Public Access Producer she enables clients to express their creativity and explore issues through television. She shares client successes and connects them to the events that have marked their past and those that are shaping their future.

Her mission is to help individuals become more successful by clarifying their direction and leveraging their unique talents and opportunities.

As a Professional Transformation Coach Rita works with Speakers and Business Owners to clarify their brand. Using assessments, she helps clients focus on character and motives. In addition, Rita gives counsel, with great clarity, and empowers individuals to transform and achieve more.

Rita earned her Train the Trainer Certification at University of Richmond.  She delivers training that enables clients to create a higher level of performance, become more productive, and leave empowered to achieve awesome results.
