Mrs. Tracy Everette-Duncan, founder and Executive Director of MentorMe® Drug Testing Services, has prepared a series of educational programs to sponsor in local communities concerned with the drug epidemic in their neighborhood. As a qualified drug test consultant and Certified TIPS® Trainer she advocates for safe and drug free environments in all communities.

As the President of MentorMe® Enterprise, Inc established in 1993 to help women manage day-to-day stress of home, office and personal life, Ms. Everette-Duncan uses the "total life balance" concept to help women to maintain good health. Good Health consists of: mental, spiritual, financial, social and physical health.

Ms. Everette-Duncan graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology & Management and a secondary concentration in Paralegal Studies: Criminal Law. She participated in the competitive “Women’s Leadership and Change Program”, John’s Hopkins University, 1998 while pursuing a Masters in Information and Telecommunications.

Mrs. Everette-Duncan has served as a member of the Prince George’s County and Montgomery County Women’s Legislative, Planning and Briefing Committee where she enjoyed advocating for equal rights for women and children. In 1996, while attending the Alliance of Black Telecommunication Employees National Convention in Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Everette-Duncan was nominated for “Outstanding Chapter Member”, and the recipient of the “Outstanding Community Service” and “Outstanding Member” awards. Her volunteer skills enabled her placement on the NAACP (Howard County) Board of Executives as the Secretary to the Office of the President and later to assume the position as Chairperson of the Health Committee. During these endeavors, Mrs. Everette-Duncan received the “Partner of Choice Award” provided to leading performers of AT&T on behalf of the President of the company.

Mrs. Everette-Duncan is a former member of the United States Air Force Reserve during which time she received the “Commander’s Achievement Award”. As alumni of the Dale Carnegie Institute of Human Development and Public Speaking, Mrs. Duncan received the honor of “Most Highest to Achieve” by election of her peers and program directors.

Mrs. Everette-Duncan has spent decades dedicated to faith-based and community outreach programs. She implemented the “Empowering Women: Take Back Your Finances” financial health program at the Harbor Light Salvation Army Center, created and implemented the “Ladies of Distinction” spiritual health program for teen girls ages 14-18 followed by the “Women of Distinction” spiritual health program for young women 19-29 years of age – both implemented in a faith-based organization.

She has authored several community news articles openly discussing the use of toxic chemicals in common everyday household, personal hygiene and nutritious products; and as a result was invited to conduct workshops at the Blacks In Government 19th Annual National Convention held at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C. Representatives from all facets of the government attended this conference.

Mrs. Everette-Duncan is a member of the NATIONAL REGISTER'S WHO'S WHO IN EXECUTIVES AND PROFESSIONALS 2004 EDITION. She is married to Ronald J. Duncan.
