Kelley is an experienced event planner with more than nine (9) years of event management and design experience. As a wedding and event professional, she is committed to creating authentic, one-of-a-kind events for her clients. Weddings, Social, Corporate and non-profit events are her areas of concentration and in 2010 she and her business partner, Kimberly Smith Herndon started Kreative Sentiments Inc (KS Inc). KS Inc. is a Washington DC based, full service wedding and event design & management boutique, offering a full range of event development services with unparalleled creativity and attention to detail. Collectively, Kelley and Kimberly utilize their creative talents and artistic acumen to produce, eloquent, refined, and stylish events that express the brand, ideas, concepts and mood of their clients.

Planning comes very natural to Kelley. Her “Type A Personality” of living by organization and check-lists combined with her Do-It-Yourself (DIY) spirit serve her well as a creative planner. In addition to planning, Kelley has served as the Acting Director, overseeing outreach programs to ensure agency compliance with external initiatives relevant to workers, community-based organizations & other stakeholders & managed numerous assignments for agencies outreach, policy and enforcement activities for the federal government. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Howard University.
