This session, Follow Her Lead: Leadership Lessons For Women As They Journey From the Backroom to the Boardroom is designed to equip participants with tools that are essential for 21st century leaders and organizational success.

This session, of benefit to women and men. but with an intentional focus on the “she leader” promises to detail 10 pathways to leadership excellence that are key in the operation of successful enterprises and high performing teams. Worker engagement in American is at an all time low, with only 3 out of 10 individuals actively engaged at work based upon extensive research by Gallup. This points to a tremendous amount of loss productivity in any enterprise. At the conclusion of this session, participants will know how to lead and ignite themselves as well as others.
